Renovation and reconfiguration of a ground floor appartment in a Victorian villa in Belsize Park. The existing plan was carefully examined and reconfigured to produce a generous new kitchen/diner, bedroom and bathroom within the existing envelope.. Period architectural features were retained and repaired, whilst all new work was carried out in a sympathetic but completely contemporary manner. A bespoke oak and stainless stell kitchen was designed around the owners needs and belongings.
